Operating context
PPI's existing EzySplint product line needed coordinated product support, practitioner education, sales resources, and dependable supply and fulfillment to support customer adoption.
What made the work difficult
Practitioners needed practical training and accessible resources, while sales and operating teams needed consistent product information, pricing, supply, and customer support across the splinting line.
Responsibility and authority
As General Manager and COO, Dean led product-line commercialization and operating decisions. He coordinated dispensers and accessories, customer conversion, practitioner training, instructional media, pricing, supply, fulfillment, product documentation, and company evidence for outside counsel's brand-protection work.
