Situation

Operating context

PPI sought to expand medical-product access into federal and military channels, which required more than a sales effort. Contract infrastructure, solicitation response, product evidence, pricing, channel rules, and sales traceability all had to operate together.

02
Challenge

What made the work difficult

Federal-channel work required time-sensitive coordination of product information, pricing, samples, proposals, access requirements, and sales-tracing processes across internal teams and external partners.
