EODHousing Military Housing Referral Platform
Built and runs a focused housing-referral service connecting EOD and military housing seekers with local homeowners through intake, listing, matching, referral, and support workflows.
Results and contributions.
Operating context
Military personnel arriving for EOD training needed practical housing options, while local homeowners had rooms, apartments, and homes that could fit those needs. The opportunity was to build a narrowly focused referral service rather than another general rental marketplace.
What made the work difficult
The service needed clear intake and referral processes for both housing seekers and homeowners, along with practical support and protection of private participant information.
Responsibility and authority
Dean created and operates the EODHousing concept, website and service model, housing-seeker and homeowner intake flows, listing and referral process, communications, and ongoing administration.
How the work moved forward
- Defined the niche market and built distinct housing-seeker and homeowner intake workflows.
- Created the website, listing/referral process, communications, and service-support model.
- Managed real housing examples and referral communications while protecting participant identities and private property details.
- Continued the branded operating service and support system through 2026.
