01
Situation

Operating context

Seniors and caregivers needed affordable access to hearing-assistance products and medical supplies, while the business needed a scalable operating model for supplier data, catalog breadth, pricing, inventory, order flow, fulfillment, customer support, and medical-product payment constraints.

02
Challenge

What made the work difficult

The operation expanded rapidly without deep supplier API automation. It had to balance stocked and drop-shipped products, catalog integrity, customer education, returns, payment-provider restrictions, and founder workload.
