Situation
Operating context
Online business courses often compress complex analytical, operational, and project-management material into short terms. Students have to interpret requirements, apply frameworks, and produce professional-quality work without an instructor doing the thinking for them.

Challenge
What made the work difficult
The teaching approach has to make expectations and professional application clear while preserving student judgment. Supplemental guidance also needs to remain useful without becoming so dense or prescriptive that it creates new friction.

Dean's role
Responsibility and authority
Dean facilitates assigned SNHU courses and owns the supplemental guidance, grading, feedback, communication, and student support he provides within those sections. SNHU retains ownership of the core curriculum, rubrics, systems, and institutional policies. Dean also holds PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor authorization.
