01
Situation

Operating context

PPI needed a repeatable international operating system that could move a customer from qualification and commercial setup through payment, production, export documentation, freight, customs, invoicing, and exception handling.

02
Challenge

What made the work difficult

International orders crossed sales, customer service, finance, production, warehouse, quality, freight, customs, and legal boundaries. The system had to coordinate these handoffs without reducing the work to an ERP feature or blurring specialist responsibilities.
