Operating context

PPI's orthopedic soft-goods, support, manufacturing, and cryotherapy capabilities created an opportunity to serve veterinary and equine markets, but the products and operating model had to fit different anatomy, use conditions, channels, and partner-brand requirements.

Entering the adjacent market required adapting products to different anatomy and use conditions. Testing, materials, manufacturing methods, pricing, partner-brand requirements, and fulfillment all had to stay coordinated.
